Life Community Church is an elder led body. The team of elders are responsible to make decisions for the direction and focus of the church based on the prompting of the Holy Spirit. An elder, by scriptural definition, is an individual who shepherds through protecting, teaching, leading, managing and caring for the practical need's of Jesus' people.

David Baker is the lead Pastor at Life Community Church. David and his wife Alana are Litchfield natives who moved to Hillsboro in 2021 and fell in love with the community. They married in
​2009 and have four beautiful children: Dylan, Adam, EmmaRose, and JR.
